The rollers can be intense, if you have back issues, I do not recommend the message chair. Use at your own risk. NO CHILDREN in massage chair!! All bedrooms are upstairs - there are two entrances to get upstairs. Caution: if you have small children, consider the stairways. Though we provide gates, these are not full proof safety for your child. You will be responsible to watch children from falling down stairs. No balls, frisbees, nor running throughout our home. Tuscan style kitchen has gas range, dishwasher, microwave, Kuerig coffee maker, toaster and large central island. The dining room is converted into a large office with desk for your use. High speed fiber optic wifi throughout home and will reach backyard. This house also boasts a finished walk out basement with full bath, 50" plasma, surround sound, refrigerator, closet space and can be used as a 5th bedroom upon request (essentially a 2nd Master BR) which walks out into spacious half grass, half wooded lot with hot tub (not always operational) outdoor grill, and patio. Freshly painted furnished screened in porch with ceiling fan and flat screen directly off open concept main living area/kitchen which gives fantastic views of nature. 4 bedrooms upstairs. Each bedroom has ceiling fans and come with clothing racks. All linens supplied. Upstairs Master has flat screen, King size fully adjustable Sleep number bed. Home is cooled by two central air units for full control of upper and lower levels. HE washer and dryer located on bedroom level. No going up and down stairs to wash! There is an additional large front room for relaxing, luggage, storage, play area or whatever your needs. This home is very clean and well kept and ready for you to enjoy! We do run a small local business and may need to access to garage from time to time but will coordinate for convenience. Unfortunately weather can affect the internet ability in our area. Heavy rainfall being the major culprit. To future renters: Amazon prime, Hulu, Vimeo, etc. is not part of our daily television viewing package and use of it will require utilizing your own sign in. Please don't start trials, add or omit, change settings on any of the viewing options. This only causes confusion and possible unexpected fees that home owners are not obligated to incur.

This 3-bedroom house features hardwood floors, granite countertops, high-speed wi-fi, cozy fireplace and comfortable beds. The home, located in High Point, is approximately 15 minutes from Winston-Salem and 15 minutes from Greensboro. Each bedroom has a queen bed. There are two full bathrooms. Other features include Flatscreen TV, dishwasher, washer/dryer, plenty of parking plus garage parking for compact vehicle. The floors were refinished and the interior was painted in late 2017. There are more than 60 restaurants within a 3 mile radius of the house. There is a list of the restaurants in the house. We recently added a picnic table based on a guest suggestion. So please share any ideas with us for making the Hope House more accommodating! House Manual and Instructions We take good care of this home and expect the same from our guests. Please let the owner know if there is any problem or if you need anything. You most likely will find that entering and exiting is most convenient from the back door. The key works on both the knob lock and the deadbolt lock on the door. The front door sticks a little but you certainly may use that entry way if you like. If you have a compact vehicle, you are welcome to park it in the garage. Let the owner know and she will provide you with the garage door opener. The thermostat for temperature control is in the hallway. Please be considerate and turn lights off when you leave. Of course, if you expect to return to the house after dark, it's fine to leave the outside light on. To operate the garbage disposal, press the button next to the kitchen faucet. (Place large items in trash, please.) To operate the dishwasher, simply load the dirty dishes and add a tablet (under the sink). Press the On/Off Power button and then select Start. Immediately close the door and it will start. It takes about an hour or so to complete a cycle. To operate the washer/dryer unit, the control for the washer is on the left. There are soap packets beside the washer/dryer unit. Drop one in at the start of the wash. Select the water temperature and the load size. The dryer control is on the right. Select the drying time or level of dryness for the load. If you want to plug an HDMI device into the TV, there are extra outlets for your use in the mantle. (Do not remove the mounted TV.) Fresh linens are in the linen closet in the hallway. There is also an iron, steamer and lint remover there. The wi-fi login is Hope House and the password is livelung. The ironing board is built into the wall in the hallway. A hair dryer is in each bathroom. The gas fireplace in the living room is easy to operate. Simply run the knob on the right side just beside the logs and the gas logs will ignite. (Do not leave gas logs on unattended.) Vacuum cleaner, broom and mop are all in the linen closet in the hallway. There is also an iRoomba in the house. The trash pick up is early Wednesday morning. You do not have to put the trash out, but the owner or her husband may come around to do so if the can is not already out on the curb Tuesday evening. There is a security warning system that will give you a warning when a door is opened. Do not taper with the system. If the alarm sounds enter the code 1313 to disarm. The system is only to notify guests when a door is opened. Please let the owner know if there is any problem with anything. PS. We named this house the Hope House because the house continues to be a blessing. We host monthly cancer support meetings here. Also, we are planting the Hope Butterfly Garden which should be blooming in 2019! Check Out Instructions Place all trash in outside bins. The green bin is for recyclables. Leave used towels on the bathroom floor. Load dirty dishes in dishwasher. No need to strip beds. We will take care of that. Be sure to take all of your personal belongings.
